'Starlite' Blanket of Stars Throw

A hexagonal crochet throw made of starry hexagons in various shades of blue and teal. There's also a touch of rich purple, and stars of warm, deep yellow.

The throw measures approximately 165cm (65 inches) across its widest part so it's a good size to throw over a sofa or chair back, or to use as a curled-up-on-the-settee blanket.

Because the throw is 100% acrylic it can be machine washed at up to 30°C but I do favour and recommend hand washing handmade items such as this. Hand wash your throw in a gentle no-rinse wool wash such as Eucalan and then spin it in the washing machine at a medium speed, then air dry.
