Pendants
This section contains jewellery that I've made with my own lampwork beads.
Please scroll down for payment and postage details and other important information.
Jewellery Information
All of my beads are carefully annealed in a digitally controlled kiln.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Although I have captured the beads' colours as best as I can, different screen and monitor settings vary and as such the colours of the beads may appear slightly different in real life than they do on your computer or device.
My glass beads are not intended for use on or by children as they could present a choking hazard or break with inappropriate handling.
My beads are glass and although each bead is carefully annealed, they are still glass and can break if improperly handled, dropped or hit against something hard. In the event of breakage, please discard immediately.
When wearing glass beads, please take care not to expose them to any situations that may cause them to break and be sure to protect them from impacts or extreme temperature changes.

Payment, Postage and Delivery
I accept payment by PayPal and card payments via the PayPal system.
If you're a UK customer, I can also take payment by bank transfer. If you'd like to pay by bank transfer, please select this option at checkout and go ahead and place your order. I will then be in touch with my bank details so that you can arrange payment. Payment must be made within 24 hours of me receiving your order.
I'm afraid I no longer take cheques or postal orders.
It is up to you as the customer to select which level of postage you'd like. If you don't select an insured service, or you select a service where the value of the goods exceeds the insurance limit, that is down to you and in the event of loss or damage, I am not liable to refund you for goods which were not covered by the level of insurance stated. Example: If your items are worth £35.00 and you opt for 2nd Class postage, only £20.00 compensation can be claimed in the event of loss or damage.
Standard postage is Royal Mail 2nd Class to UK addresses. This is £1.50 per order and usually takes two to three working days. This is not tracked or insured and is sent at the buyer's own risk. Insured for up to £20.00 or the value of goods, whichever is lower.
For UK customers there is also the option of Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and this is £3.50 per order. A signature is required upon delivery. This is insured for up to £50.00 per parcel or the value of goods, whichever is lower.
UK customers can also opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery which costs £7.50 per order and is trackable online. A signature is required upon delivery. This is insured for up to £500 per parcel or the value of the goods, whichever is lower.
Postage to Europe, America, Canada and the rest of the world is standard Royal Mail Airmail and costs £4.50 per order. This is not tracked and is sent at the buyer's own risk. Insured for up to £20.00 or the value of goods, whichever is lower.
Overseas customers can also opt for Royal Mail International Tracked. Band 1 is £10.50 and is insured for goods worth up to £50.00 or Royal Mail International Tracked Band 2 at £13.00 per order which is insured for goods up to the value of £250.00. Checkout will automatically calculate the band your order falls into.
If you are outside the UK you may have to pay import duties, tax, postal service handling fees, or other fees. I am not responsible or liable for these - you are. Please check with your local postal service or relevant body to see what the current import value thresholds are where you live, and what fees you may be liable for.
I post beads within two working days of my receipt of your order. You'll receive an email telling you when I've posted your order.
Please allow up to five working days for UK delivery, and up to fourteen days for the Rest of the World.
